Assistant Project Manager - Mission Critical Construction

Assist in driving the Change Management Process, managing cost control through monthly reports and cash flow analysis, and supporting project estimating and pre-construction activities including scope review and bid participation. Monitor and update project schedules to track critical paths, address potential delays immediately, and manage employees, subcontractors, and suppliers by providing direction and monitoring performance. Communicate with customers, suppliers, and employees to resolve conflicts and reinforce company vision and values. This role begins on a mission critical data center project in the Alexandria area.
