Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager at Miller EG Design supports Project Managers across signage and experiential-graphic projects, coordinating schedules and documentation, assisting with estimating and procurement, and communicating with clients and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring schedules and milestones, coordinating material procurement, fabrication and installation logistics, maintaining project files, preparing reports, and supporting site surveys and project closeout. Qualifications emphasize a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred), strong organizational and communication abilities, ability to manage multiple priorities, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with QuickBooks, Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, Bluebeam or PM software is a plus. Full-time role with growth opportunities in project management within the signage and environment graphics industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Graphic Communications, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience in project coordination/management, signage, construction, architecture, manufacturing or related industry desirable
- Entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills encouraged to apply
