Job Summary
Assist the project management team with constructability reviews, value engineering, and pay application reviews while supporting schedule development and FF&E program execution. Conduct pre-bid and job start meetings under supervision, facilitate site meetings, and prepare minutes. Monitor contract compliance, oversee government agency approvals, and manage close-out activities leading to building occupancy. Review change orders, RFIs, and submittals for completeness; perform QA/QC processes and provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management. Maintain As-Built drawings and prepare field reporting for Project Manager review. Work onsite in Foster City, CA during normal business hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or another MEP-related engineering discipline
- 2+ years of experience supporting construction projects
- Strong understanding of MEP systems
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Strong understanding of project documentation
- Strong understanding of coordination
- Ability to read blueprints
- Must be able to work onsite in Foster City, CA
