Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager to support active multifamily luxury residential projects in Brookline, MA. Responsibilities include assisting in project planning, scheduling, coordination from pre-construction through completion, budget tracking and cost control, subcontractor management, maintaining RFI/submittal/change-order documentation, coordinating with Project Managers, Superintendents, and design teams, conducting site visits to monitor progress and safety, and communicating with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in multifamily or luxury residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction management processes, contracts, and scheduling
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
