Job Summary
Assist Project Manager and superintendent on healthcare construction projects; coordinate submittals using Procore/Client software and maintain logs; manage RFI processes with A/E and subs, ensuring timely responses and proper distribution; update and distribute submittal/RFI/PCO/budgets logs; ensure field staff and subcontractors have current contract documents; review daily logs/photos for completeness; help keep project schedules up to date; assist with client tasks and reporting; participate in weekly PM meetings and circulate minutes; coordinate close-out activities, gather warranty/O&M materials and as-built documents, and package close-out materials to A/E and owner; ensure as-builts are returned to the office; salary range 50-70K.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years construction management experience
