Job Summary
Manage 2-3 projects from inception to closure, including smaller/less complex builds and relocation moves. Lead monthly status reports, cost forecasts, and risk registers while chairing weekly meetings and drafting agendas. Coordinate vendor RFPs, negotiate contracts, and oversee move day logistics for IT, furniture, and space reconfiguration. Execute safety and environmental compliance plans and manage project closeouts. Operate under Project Manager guidance with on-site presence in Singapore. Utilize JLL technology including AdaptiveWork and Jaggaer to drive outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management related discipline or related field
- Three (3) years' experience or a combination of formal education and experience in excess of eight (8) years, three of which must be related to Design, Construction, or Project Management
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in the use of SharePoint
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project
- Experience in managing cost reporting systems
- Understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect of planning, commercial aspects, and delivery constraints
- Ability to assess clients' basic needs and project constraints
- Ability to assist in the commercial assessment of new projects
- Detailed understanding of different delivery methods including Project Management, Construction Management, Managing Contractor, and Warranted Price, Lump Sum
- Ability to assist in the preparation of project proposals and the delivery of presentations
- Understanding of obligations for complying with ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO9001 and Environmental Health and Safety legislation
- Ability to assist in carrying out commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities within established limits of authority
