Job Summary
Collaborate with Project Managers to support project execution, maintain client communication, resolve issues, and navigate strategic challenges. Coordinate kickoff meetings, track progress throughout the project lifecycle, and manage action items to ensure team alignment. Serve as a key contact for inquiries, organize discussions with project leads, and consolidate documentation including shop drawings and RFIs. Take ownership of meeting minutes and assist in strategic planning while maintaining adherence to budget and schedule. Demonstrate adaptability and a proactive mindset to pivot when needed and support project success. Travel up to 25% to ISG offices, client sites, or training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a relevant discipline
- Strong organizational and communication skills—essential for success in this role
- Demonstrated ownership mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to ISG offices, client sites, or training sessions
