Assistant Project Manager

Develop new plans, programs, and operations to attain higher quality service levels or cost savings. Plan major capital improvement needs and corresponding revenue sources, while preparing annual budgets and monitoring financial reports against monthly variances. Maintain accurate records, interview and mentor personnel, and assign work schedules for review. Administer progressive discipline to hold subordinates accountable and establish positive relationships with the project director and clients. Ensure compliance with City, County, State, and Federal regulations. Requires a valid driver's license, state-issued Operator license, and five years of supervisory experience in wastewater operations.
