Job Summary
On-site leadership and coordination for construction projects; manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets; lead and coordinate with superintendents, foremen, crews, subcontractors, and customers; develop detailed bids and project scopes; oversee multiple project sites to meet timelines and budgets while prioritizing safety; ensure thorough project documentation (drawings, specifications, submittals, budgets, invoicing, change orders); organize and lead kickoff meetings; coordinate vendor equipment rentals; maintain strong safety culture with adherence to OSHA policies and procedures; require OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR certifications and a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass a background check
- Have a clean driving record
- Hold OSHA 10 certification
- Hold OSHA 30 certification
- Have First Aid/CPR certification
- Preferably 0-2+ years of construction project management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience coordinating with superintendents, foremen, crews, subcontractors, and customers
- Ability to develop bids, project scopes, and schedules
- Experience managing project documentation (drawings, specifications, submittals, budgets, invoicing, change orders)
- Knowledge of safety policies and procedures (OSHA)
