Job Summary
Assist Project Manager in on-site leadership for construction projects, coordinating with superintendents, foremen, crews, subcontractors, and clients. Develop detailed bids and project scopes/schedules; manage multiple project sites to meet budgets, timelines, and scope with emphasis on safety. Enforce OSHA and IMMEC safety policies, conduct job hazard assessments and safety inspections, lead safety culture efforts, and collaborate with Safety Manager on site-specific safety plans. Oversee project documentation (drawings, specs, submittals, budgets, invoicing, change orders), maintain customer relations, lead kickoff meetings, track progress, and manage vendor equipment rentals. Qualifications emphasize strong leadership, communication, and ability to plan and execute tasks to meet quality, schedule, and safety requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Background check required
- Clean driving record
- 0-2 years experience preferred
- OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications
- First Aid/CPR certifications
