Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager II leads coordination workstreams, prepares financial deliverables, and supports field execution within a Program Management team; responsibilities include owning buyout log, vendor invoice approvals, PO creation, Change Orders, Job Cost Reports, client communications, onsite document control, and training junior staff; requires 2-4+ years PM/construction experience, Bachelor's degree in a related field, proficiency in Excel, MS Project/Primavera/Smartsheet, Bluebeam, and travel up to 50%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in construction, or project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards
- Demonstrated experience in at least one scheduling platform: MS Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with AHJ and multi-state regulatory and inspection processes
- Professional client-facing communication experience
- Ability to travel 25-50%
