Job Summary
Lead a Construction Supervision team of Engineers and Inspectors while assisting in planning design review and construction supervision activities, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate multidisciplinary design and engineering review teams to ensure timely delivery of submittals and shop drawings, and support quality assurance processes and compliance with relevant standards. Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and meeting documentation for internal and client reviews, and liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution by the Construction Contractor. This role supports the Core Project Management team with delivery of multiple packages within one project boundary, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 12-14 years' experience in project management and construction supervision consultancy services
- Strong understanding of construction supervision processes, QA/QC, and safety
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- High Voltage Electrical Engineering background (preferably execution of Primary Sub-Stations)
