Job Summary

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for supporting and managing electrical projects from inception to completion. This role includes planning, organizing, and coordinating activities related to design, testing, and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing project documentation, facilitating communication with clients, overseeing project finances, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and leading teams by providing direction and training. Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in the commercial electrical industry and possess strong knowledge of electrical systems.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years as a Project Engineer or similar work experience in the commercial electrical industry
  • Above Strong knowledge of electrical systems and their components

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and experience with basic computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft AX, Microsoft Project, etc.)
  • Strong in math and deductive reasoning
  • Strong letter writing skills
  • Ability to motivate and train other team members
