Job Summary
Assist with coordinating subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, and change orders; support project managers across all phases of ground-up multifamily construction; help manage project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking; attend and contribute to OAC meetings and site visits; build relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners; Chicago-based; relocation for the right candidate is possible; requires 2+ years GC-side multifamily experience; multifamily project experience preferred (100+ units).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of GC-side construction experience
- Multifamily project experience required (100+ units preferred)
- Strong communicator — written and verbal
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Eager to grow into a full PM role
