Job Summary
Assist Project Manager with overseeing high-end residential projects, manage the project budget, draft contracts, approve invoices and update the project schedule. Coordinate among subcontractors and help resolve issues or conflicts. May occasionally manage the project independently while the Project Manager handles major issues. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Administration, or equivalent experience; strong understanding of construction processes; familiarity with blueprints and scheduling software; excellent communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Administration, or equivalent related work experience
- Basic understanding of the construction process
- Familiarity with building concepts from excavation to HVAC systems; ability to read blueprints; ability to use scheduling software
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic
