Job Summary
Drive day-to-day execution and coordination across workstreams for a $6B greenfield hyperscale data center construction program. Assist with budgeting, cost control, invoice management, and change order tracking while managing the project schedule and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants. Support the preparation of project documentation, meeting minutes, progress reports, and stakeholder updates. Oversee RFIs, submittals, and key project communications, including onsite construction oversight, safety protocols, and QA/QC activities. This role offers hands-on experience supporting senior leadership on one of North America's largest data center builds within a multidisciplinary team focused on accelerating timelines and reducing risk.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in construction management, general contracting, or project coordination roles
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Construction Management, Architectural Management, Engineering, or Business Management
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to track and manage complex documentation and reporting processes
- Client-facing demeanor and professional presentation skills
- Hungry to learn, contribute, and grow within a high-velocity, collaborative team environment
- Must be available for onsite work in Amarillo, TX (5 days a week)
- Must be able to support project leadership in driving day-to-day execution and coordination across workstreams
