Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager for Generate Capital’s Community Solar portfolio. Responsible for onboarding landowners, coordinating site diligence, supporting EPC contract oversight, managing deliverables and milestones, tracking budgets and invoices, coordinating engineering reviews and permitting, maintaining documentation in project systems, and ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the development-construction lifecycle. Must excel at stakeholder coordination, detailed organization, and proactive follow-through to drive project momentum and process efficiencies. Compensation reflects base salary range and potential bonuses/benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in development administration and/or project management, with some exposure to solar PV projects preferred
- Ability to flex across the development and construction lifecycle
- Effective written and oral communicator capable of motivating colleagues and external parties to collaborate and respond to requests.
