Job Summary
Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgeting, scheduling, and cost tracking while coordinating subcontractor and vendor communications. Support procurement, buyout activities, and RFIs, and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes. Assist with project reporting and client communication, ensuring projects maintain quality, schedule, and safety standards. Work closely with field teams to support project execution and closeout. This role offers direct exposure to clients, subcontractors, field operations, and executive leadership on $15M–$25M range projects within a collaborative, relationship-driven culture focused on operational excellence and long-term employee growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience preferred
- Experience working with a General Contractor strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into a Project Management role
