Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager responsible for the successful execution of assigned construction projects, including planning and directing activities, on-site oversight of layout and scheduling of materials/tools/equipment, and managing relationships with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, and vendors. Responsibilities include project planning and execution, contract administration, meetings and coordination with operations and HR, reviewing project documents/plans/specifications, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, and adherence to procedures and project cost/time/quality standards. Education preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management; electrical apprenticeship program preferred. Location: Mooresville, NC; in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred
- Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred
- High level interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication skills, organization skills, and must be technology/computer proficient
