Job Summary
Manage full project lifecycles across service lines including Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Suppression, and Integrated Technologies. Support scheduling, budget tracking, material procurement, and day-to-day operations while collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Review technical drawings for compliance, participate in job site visits for quality and safety assurance, and maintain project records and documentation. Coordinate procurement and logistics, assist with invoicing and financial tracking, and identify risks to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction with 1-2 years of experience. Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with fire and life safety systems are essential. The position involves occasional physical tasks such as lifting materials and traveling to project sites in the NY Metro area, including New Jersey.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or project management
- Familiarity with fire and life safety systems
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to travel to project sites in the NY Metro area (including New Jersey)
- Must have a reliable means of transportation to various locations
- Able to perform occasional physical tasks such as lifting materials, climbing ladders, or working in confined spaces
