Assistant Project Managers support project teams through the full lifecycle of construction projects, handling tasks from the preconstruction hand-off to close-out. Key duties include developing project budgets based on bid estimates, leading hand-offs to field supervision, preparing monthly cost-to-complete projections, managing the material submittal log, and drafting subcontracts for review. The role involves interacting with clients during preconstruction and construction phases, continuously expanding knowledge of industry best practices, solving problems collaboratively with management, and providing direction to field superintendents. Travel is required to support on-site activities across various job sites. Procore and Microsoft Project proficiency are beneficial to manage project documentation and scheduling, and strong communication/organizational skills are essential for success.”,

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or equivalent training and experience
  • At least 3 years of construction experience
  • Knowledge of Procore
