Assistant Project Manager-Facilities Design Construction-FT

Develop and administer capital projects for plant operations, defining scope, costs, and schedules with input from senior management, user groups, and design consultants. Obtain necessary sign-offs, present facility proposals to end users and leadership for informed decision-making, and drive consensus on capital issues. Maintain project baseline and actual budgets, report variances promptly, and implement strategies to return to baseline while supervising architectural and engineering activities. This full-time role requires a minimum of four years in construction-related experience, with a preferred degree in Business Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering. OSHA 10-hour certification is required within the first year.
