Assistant Project Manager-Facilities Design Construction-FT

Develop and administer capital projects for Plant Ops, managing scope, costs, and schedules with input from senior leadership, user groups, design consultants, and contractors. Create project baselines and budgets, track variances, and implement strategies to return to baseline while obtaining necessary sign-offs. Lead groups with disparate needs to reach consensus on facility issues and present proposals to end users and management for informed decision-making. Provide supervision and evaluation of architectural and engineering activities, ensuring effective project completion through regular communication with department heads, staff, and outside agencies. Maintain OSHA 10-hour certification and hold a degree in Business Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
