Job Summary
Plan, organize, and execute facility projects for prefabricated systems while coordinating with sales, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Assist in determining fabrication needs, developing scope of work, and preparing purchase orders for subcontractors. Coordinate project-specific engineering, approve invoices, and provide complete closeout documentation and warranty coverage. Optimize job costs by negotiating prices with vendors and maintain detailed job files. Work with engineering on equipment specifications and pricing to ensure accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
- Knowledge of fabrication processes and best practices
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
