Job Summary
Prepare and analyze financial data to ensure positive cash flow, while providing technical engineering information to employees and subcontractors to guarantee compliance with standards and design instructions. Assist in plan and specification analysis to interpret drawings for construction, evaluate potential field problems, and report findings to the Project Manager. Perform document control functions including tracking RFIs, managing submittals, composing agreements, and maintaining the project expediting list. This role requires a construction-related degree and three to five years of experience, with civil infrastructure project support being mandatory. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000.
Required Qualifications
- Construction related degree/diploma
- Three to five years of construction experience
- Equivalent combination of technical training and experience
- Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software
- Experience supporting civil infrastructure projects
