Job Summary
Prepare and analyze financial data to ensure positive cash flow, while providing technical engineering information to employees and subcontractors for compliance with standards and codes. Assist in plan and specification analysis to interpret design drawings, evaluate potential field problems, and report issues to the Project Manager. Perform document control functions including tracking RFIs, transmitting submittals, composing agreements, and maintaining the project expediting list. Requires a construction-related degree, three to five years of experience, and knowledge of scheduling and contract software. Salary range is $90,000 - $110,000.
Required Qualifications
- construction related degree/diploma
- three to five years of construction experience
- Working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software
- Ability to support the project team and helping to solve construction issues in time sensitive situations
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with ICI projects is an asset
