Job Summary
Maintain daily project diaries, establish priorities, and approve timecards while tracking costs, production quantities, yield statistics, and onsite inventory. Compile cycle times and production data for historical logs, gather pay item quantities, and collect extra work information. Conduct timely billing and reporting to maximize profit margins and positive cash flow. Report to the Project Manager in a high-production field and office environment requiring travel, driving, and physical demands including walking on uneven terrain and confined space entry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management degree
- Strong computer skills with a special emphasis on Excel skills
- A valid driver license and proof of insurability
- Willingness to work both in field and office settings
- Ability to work in a high production, fast moving environment
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to walk on uneven terrain, with an average of two miles per day
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to sit, stoop, crawl, and kneel
- Must be able to use of respirator if position requires
- Must be able to drive if required to travel
- Must comply with all applicable safety regulations
- Must comply with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements
- Must comply with Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies
