Assistant Project Manager - Electrical Construction

Entry-level Assistant Project Manager on electrical construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project documentation (submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes), overseeing project activities, maintaining change orders and logs, preparing documentation for meetings, creating and issuing subcontractor contracts, assembling Owner and Maintenance Manuals, ensuring adherence to the quality control plan, coordinating with subcontractors, maintaining the Warranty Log, attending client/ subcontractor meetings, supporting field personnel, monitoring progress, creating Job Information Sheets and Job Files, preparing price change orders and project reports, and collaborating with payroll. Requires knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, and Microsoft Office applications; strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Travel up to 25% and work primarily on active construction sites. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and at least 1 year of construction-related experience are required.
