Job Summary
Manage assigned construction projects by assisting the Project Manager with planning, direction, and completion while maintaining extensive client contact. Provide vendor and subcontractor oversight, estimate additional scopes of work, and liaise with field supervision. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and closeout documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies. Layout and manage drawings and documents in Procore and other software, while attending project meetings and supporting the team with required tools. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in electrical contracting and involves local site travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of project manager experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical contracting/engineering space
- Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Practical knowledge of construction
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (ex: Procore) and the Microsoft Suite
- Ability to travel to jobsites locally
