Job Summary

Assistant Program Manager to support the renters insurance compliance program at RLL. Serve as a liaison between property managers, residents, and internal operations to ensure renters insurance policies are collected, reviewed, entered, and tracked for compliance. Responsible for collecting and validating policies, partnering with property management to review coverage requirements, ensuring policies meet program standards, tracking compliance across properties, entering data into RLL’s proprietary system, supporting audits and reporting, and addressing resident and staff questions. Must be detail-oriented with strong communication, capable of cross-functional collaboration, and comfortable utilizing automated communication tools within the RLL system. Collaborates with the Executive Director of Operations and broader operations team to support process improvements, documentation, and workflow enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
  • 1–3 years of experience in an insurance-related role such as: Account Management, Customer Service Representative (CSR) at an insurance agency, Insurance operations or policy administration
  • Experience reviewing insurance policies and related documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working in systems, entering data, and managing documentation
