Job Summary
Support Project Managers in executing design projects across life sciences and advanced technology sectors by managing tasks, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely delivery. Assist with project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and cost tracking while leading smaller-scale projects or managing defined portions of larger initiatives. Coordinate internal resources and external partners to meet milestones, participate in client communications, and contribute to documentation and risk mitigation. This role is ideal for someone with up to five years of experience ready to grow into a leadership position within CRB's Design team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience

- Developing leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to coordinate and manage others
- Understanding of project execution and delivery in a design or construction setting
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Deltek, Bluebeam)
