Job Summary
Conduct onsite leadership for BLOX product installations by coordinating multiple moving parts across customer project teams in multiple states. Prepare conceptual estimates, schedules, and proposal documents for RFPs while monitoring design progress and providing input on constructability. Manage information flow between customers and internal production staff, sequencing installation schedules to meet project expectations. Inspect quality for company-performed work, resolve deficiencies, and administer company policies fairly. Maintain positive client relationships by handling correspondence, change orders, and warranty tasks, ensuring compliance with local Authorities Having Jurisdiction. Requires ~50% travel to project sites; reports to Project Manager and supervises field personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
- Ability to travel per project requirements (~ 50%)
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds
- Good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp
- Visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information
- Ability to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear
