Job Summary
Coordinate documentation, manufacturing schedules, submittals, logistics, and project financial administration to support multiple Project Managers across electrical equipment deliveries. Assist with project startup, kickoff meetings, and documentation while maintaining schedules, milestone tracking, and action item logs. Manage customer communications, equipment procurement, factory production milestones, and submittal workflows. Track freight, deliveries, storage, and jobsite logistics; prepare billing packages, purchase orders, invoices, and change orders. Maintain complete project documentation through closeout. Requires 2+ years of project coordination experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Based in Houston or San Antonio.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of project coordination, construction administration, inside sales, operations, or project support experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
