Assistant Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Job Summary
Manage RFIs and submittals, support procurement and subcontractor coordination, track project costs and budgets, and assist with schedule management for data center and healthcare facility construction. Partner with Project Managers and field leadership teams to drive project execution from preconstruction through closeout while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. Engage daily with Superintendents and field teams to track productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates. Requires 2+ years of construction experience, a Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering, and comfort in a fast-paced jobsite environment. Salary range $95,000 - $125,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience of construction experience as a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or other related degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to support RFIs, submittals, and procurement tracking
- Willingness to engage daily with Superintendents and field teams
- Experience in tracking productivity, percent complete, and schedule updates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort in a fast-paced, high-energy jobsite environment
- Desire to grow a long-term career in construction management
Desired Qualifications
- Bluebeam or similar document control tools
- Scheduling experience or interest in look-ahead planning
- Experience supporting multiple subcontractors or scopes
