Job Summary
Assist the project management team with development of schedules, reviews, bid/addenda processes, and coordination with government agencies on public K-12 construction projects. Support CPM scheduling and budget management, review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and ensure project documentation aligns with client and company standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, prepare meeting minutes and field reports, monitor compliance, and assist in close-out activities and occupancy planning. Requires ability to read blueprints, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to project delivery under supervision of the Project Manager.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management supporting public projects
- Previous California K-12 school project experience working with the Division of State Architects (DSA) required
