Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager delivers on low-medium complexity projects, coordinating internal teams and vendor partners to provide complete client support. Manages scope, schedule, and budget, communicates project goals and status with stakeholders, conducts bid analyses, and coordinates a project team from pre-kickoff through post-completion. Requires strong customer service, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to read project documents. This role operates in-office a minimum of 4 days per week in Seattle, WA, and involves coordination with clients and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) preferred not required
- Minimum four - five years of related experience in project management, real estate and facilities management or project coordination
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, MS Visio, and other data management software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Requires organization, time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
- Must be able to inspect design plans and documents for accuracy
- Must be able to exchange accurate information at various levels demonstrating the ability to build consensus for decision-making
- Must be able to move within and between client buildings more than 50% of the day
- Must be available evenings and weekends depending on project deadlines
- Able to travel as needed for individual projects within North America
