Job Summary
Assist project management with implementing project goals and identifying project issues to ensure timely resolution. Responsibilities include developing scope requirements for proposals, understanding project scope related to vendor contract negotiations and management, obtaining/uploading/distributing/retaining project documentation, administering RFPs/RFIs, supporting schedules and budgets, vendor coordination/management, becoming client-facing and running small projects with minimal assistance, documenting meeting minutes, tracking/ reporting critical deliverables, proactively identifying potential issues, and assisting with relocating processes for clients. Requires 1-3 years in architecture, engineering or construction and/or project coordination, ability to prepare and track budgets, flexibility with travel, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Smartsheets and MS Project. Also emphasizes continuous learning, independent and team work, and organizational skills.
