Job Summary
Define project scope, objectives, and resource needs while preparing budgets and tracking costs to meet financial targets. Develop detailed project schedules and work plans, manage vendor contracts, and provide consistent progress updates to stakeholders. Monitor performance, make necessary adjustments, and apply industry best practices throughout execution. Prior experience in high-end retail construction and detailed scheduling is required. You will submit a projects list highlighting your experience as an Assistant Project Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction of high-end retail stores
- Prior documented experience in detailed scheduling
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or comparable
- 3-5 years of APM and related experience
- ProCore and other industry specific softwares
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
