Required Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams (mechanical and electrical)
- Strong technical comprehension and analytical skills
- Highly proficient in Excel and other document tracking or estimating software
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (estimating, vendors, and clients)
