Job Summary
Assist with managing education construction projects from concept through design, construction, and close-out, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met. Coordinate with General Contractors, Architects, Consultants, and Suppliers; review technical drawings and samples for client/Architect approvals; participate in site meetings; coordinate Work Plans and scheduling; track monthly progress payments, change orders, and project estimating; interface with accounting for material requisition and contracting; review daily reports, RFIs, logs, and meeting minutes; coordinate delivery/installation of owner-furnished equipment; monitor project progress and update plans as needed; oversee staffing, resource allocation, and regulatory coordination to deliver projects on time and within funding parameters.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field
- At least four years related experience in the management of design and construction projects
- Experience with DSA (Preferred)
- Experience working with School Districts (K-14, Community Colleges, etc.) (Preferred)
