Job Summary
Assist with project document control, prepare cost proposals and change orders, and develop project budgets while managing subcontractor billings and progress payments. Coordinate project architects, designers, owners, and field personnel to ensure efficient execution, manage the CPM schedule, and oversee procurement of materials and equipment. Control budgets throughout the project lifecycle and review subcontractor progress payments to maintain financial accuracy. Requires Commercial or Public Works experience, a four-year degree in construction management, and knowledge of Primavera scheduling software and Oracle Contract Manager. Must possess a valid driver's license, excellent computer skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Required Qualifications
- Commercial and/or Public Works experience managing construction projects of increasing complexity
- Graduates of a four-year degree program in construction management, construction science, or other industry-related degree programs
- Knowledgeable about current construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Knowledge of Primavera scheduling software and Oracle Contract Manager
- A valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving history
