Job Summary
Manage construction projects by planning, organizing, and controlling all elements under the direction of a Project Manager or VP. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and employees to resolve problems diplomatically, while handling bid processes, quantity take-offs, and estimating. Interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications using Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam to maintain project timelines. Coach team members on vocational and administrative skills while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role supports Harvey USA's mission to deliver innovative commercial construction solutions across the western United States.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 Years of experience in the construction industry
- 2-4 Years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in the bid process with subcontractors
- Quantity take off and Estimating experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, specifications, and other required construction documents
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Outlook, Procore, and Bluebeam
- Ability to identify and manage priorities
- Ability to manage and coach others in both vocational and administrative skills
- Capable of multi-tasking, problem-solving solving and can work in a team environment as well as independently
- Exhibits confidence, ambition, and self-motivation
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain teamwork and a positive attitude
