Assistant Project Manager, Community Planning

Job Summary
Manage community start-up activities from land due diligence through opening, overseeing workplans, budgets, and timelines to meet underwriting returns. Coordinate architectural product development, model complex construction, and merchandising while preparing marketing materials and HOA documents. Analyze community financial performance against underwriting criteria and partner with leaders to develop solutions for underperformance. Assist in product rationalization, pricing package development, and sales office buildouts. Ensure community appearance meets standards across entry features, landscaping, and model homes. Work hybrid with three on-site days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Some knowledge of major activities associated with residential real estate acquisition and development
- Some knowledge of residential real estate financial analysis and a desire to learn
- Experience with managing complex processes with diverse groups of stakeholders
- Familiar with current software applications such as Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite and an aptitude to learn new technology
- Good organization and communication skills
- 3+ days required on-site per week
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction experience
- Bachelor's Degree
