Assistant Project Manager - Commissioning

Provide support to the Project Manager through bid stage to completion, managing long lead material releases for electrical, mechanical, and fabrication gear. Track material delivery timelines, contact vendors for submittals and equipment, and participate in scheduling activities to create milestones and labor breakouts. Join weekly project sync meetings to communicate needs and track team status, while interacting with internal and external customers to ensure job progress and safe behavior. Work Monday through Friday between 6 am and 6 pm with 10-20% travel. Assist in delivering projects on time and on budget under the guidance of the Project or Group Manager.
