Assistant Project Manager (Commercial)

Conduct quality control and safety inspections on all job sites, coordinating with manufacturers and field employees while managing material orders and equipment deliveries. Monitor field progress, attend weekly status meetings, and facilitate hand-offs with foremen and subcontractors. Assist with the submittal process, review estimates and production drawings, and coordinate layout of materials within budget constraints. Provide professional communication via telephone and email for both internal and external stakeholders. This role supports the Project Manager within the Roofing Department to ensure commercial roofing projects are executed successfully, on time, and within budget.
