Job Summary
Assistant Project Manager for Cast-in-Place residential construction in Ontario. Responsibilities include supporting Estimators, Project Managers, and Site Supervisors with pre-development, tendering, scheduling (Microsoft Project), contract administration, construction coordination, reporting, project delivery, and close-outs. Manage project documentation and file storage using Procore and/or Autodesk. Support compliance with CCDC 17 contracts and CCDC 5A contracts, monitor quality and compliance with project specifications, coordinate inspections and field reviews, ensure OHSA safety standards, and facilitate communication between consultants, trade contractors, site staff, and internal teams. Involves multiple projects over a multi-year span with an office-based role in Vaughan, ON and regular site visits as required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience working on cast-in-place concrete residential construction projects
- Must have completed at least one full-cycle construction project
- Experience in multi-residential construction
- Detail oriented and excellent oral and written skills
- Proficient in CCDC contracts, Procore, and Autodesk Construction Cloud and Microsoft Project
