Job Summary
Coordinate project setup, confirm Revit alignment and template specifications with clients, and perform architectural, structural, and MEP modeling from existing point clouds. Assist the BIM-Ex and VDC Team Lead in internal project management, client support, and construction coordination tasks. Conduct clash analysis, review third-party models for geospatial relations, and provide updated status reports on project deliveries. Train new hires and BIM specialists while participating in internal and external meetings for coordination reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years relevant BIM and related experience
- Strong knowledge of Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM Collaborate Pro
- Strong understanding of Revit worksets, family-based modeling, base points, and templates
- Strong experience with CAD (Carlson, Civil3D)
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Surveying
- 2-year degree with 4 years of work experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Navisworks a strong plus but not required
