Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary
Assist in driving improved project outcomes by supporting Change Management, Cost Control, and Estimating/Pre-Construction activities. Participate in scope review, budgeting, and bid development, and help assess timeframes, procedures, staffing, and resource allocation. Monitor and update project schedules, track critical paths, and communicate delays or changes to stakeholders. Support pre-construction services such as purchase orders, subcontracting, and job-cost setup, while supervising team members, subcontractors, and suppliers. Maintain effective verbal and written communication with customers, suppliers, and employees, and reinforce the company’s vision, mission, and values.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University and 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
