Job Summary
Lead and coordinate customer onboarding, updates and annual assessment activities; manage interdepartmental collaboration between operations, accounting, customer success, and other internal teams; attend internal and external meetings to discuss updates around customer programs; delegate and ensure completion of tasks; prepare teams for customer calls; maintain updated records for all customer programs and projects; leverage AI to automate processes and create AI agents; support implementation, configuration, and deployment activities; ensure timely delivery of customer cybersecurity programs using the company’s products.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft software
- Superior attention to detail
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
