Job Summary
Assist Project Managers and field leadership in the planning, coordination, documentation, and successful execution of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. Support project operations through procurement coordination, document management, scheduling support, financial tracking, communication, and administrative project execution while developing the skills necessary for advancement into a Project Manager role.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of construction or project coordination experience preferred
- Experience in commercial electrical construction preferred
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability and willingness to learn construction management software systems
- Basic understanding of scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking processes
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with field and office teams
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth and advancement
